Franczek Announces Hiring of Jason Patterson
Franczek P.C. is delighted to announce that Jason Patterson has joined the firm as a Labor and Employment associate attorney. Jason represents the full spectrum of management clients served by the firm, including private- and public-sector employers in a variety of industries. Jason represents clients in litigation, administrative disputes, and collective-bargaining. He has expansive knowledge of and experience with litigating cases under multiple employment law statutes. He advises clients on employment issues such as termination, discipline, reasonable accommodation requests, employee classification, collective-bargaining agreements, employee handbooks, and wage and hour practices.
Before joining the firm, Jason was a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and a Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. At the DOL, Jason advised and litigated enforcement actions on behalf of the Department’s sub-agencies, including the OSHA, the MSHA, the Wage and Hour Division, the OFCCP, and the Whistleblowing Protection Program. At the NLRB, Jason represented the General Counsel and the Regional Director in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings. Jason’s experience working in and representing government enforcement agencies allows him to provide employers unique insight when responding to government investigations, litigation, and counseling on compliance.
