Join Franczek attorneys Kaitlin Atlas and Jennifer Smith for a focused discussion on the changes to the Article 13A of the Illinois School Code for effectuating administrative transfers to alternative school placements. This session will cover the changes to the School Code under Public Act 103-0473 which take effect on January 1, 2024, the parental notice requirements for administrative transfers, and the requirements for alternative education plans.
